Need some advice on a leaking main Hydraulic drive motor. Is it worth the effort to reseal or just pay for a new motor???

I agree with bobbyt, if its leaking from the seal its not even worth the stress trying to repair it. make sure its not those swivel fittings though very prone to leaking.

Depends where it is leaking from prentice, if it is from the wheel flange seal..forget it. If it is from the brake, ie oil coming from the centre rubber plug on the pressed steel shield over the brake piston it is worth a go. Let me know if you need any info on how to resal the brake. Bobby
