Power module help for 5FBE13

Hi all. I'm new to this forum.

We have a Toyota 5FBE13 that came in to have 2 x TSM003 power control modules replaced. I purchased a box of new TSM003's from an Ebay user. The machine ran for 1 week and blew one module, ran for 2 more days and blew another, then ran for 3 days and blew yet another one. So far we have had 3 blown replacement units.

The next thing we are going to do is test these new modules but inserting them in another machine that we know is healthy. Unfortunately due to the random blowing of these modules we not sure how accurate this will be.

Is there a way that can we properly test these units without inserting it into a machine and also what else could cause these modules to blow like this?

Your kind assistance will be greatly appreciated.

Regards
Robin

Fact of the week
The two internal cavities in our nose called nostrils function as separate organs. Each nostril has its own set of turbinates and olfactory receptors. The two independent organs work together through a mechanism called the nasal cycle, where one nostril is dominant for air intake while the other rests and is better at detecting scents.
