Code 208 on Crown SP3020-30

I have a code on this Crown order picker. Code 208. Can anyone explain.

Fault Code 208:This status code is displayed when the steering selftest shows no movement.

Possible Cause
- Steering motor not operating or wired incorrectly.
* Check the K5 Relay contacts
* Check wiring and condition of steering motor.
- Faulty steering module.
* Replace
- Faulty feedback encoder (ECR2).
* Replace
