No Drive F/R

Hello my friends,

i have a pallet stacker SX3000-30
after replacing with a new lift contactor assembly. it stop driving F/R.
it moves with the belly button only, and the hydraulic working good.
the red led on the module blinks 4 times then pause and blink 4 times again

i greatly appreciate any help/advice?
