Def injection issues code 3223-12

Have replaced the pre nox sensor. After running for a while code pops up. Remove sensor and found sensor is wet with def fluid. Is it possible to have an injector issue in the def? No other codes. Is a 3.8 kubota diesel

Where is that box sensor located
Found wiring pulled out of the plug in for the sensor. If there is def on the sensor it means that the heater circuit is not working.
