Discussion:
Stall under load

Hi all I have a Hyster S2.50XL around 2005-2010 I think, running on gas.
She's stalling whenever the hydraulic controls are maxed out, whether it be steering, tilt, side shift or lift it just stalls.
Looks like there is a system on the Hydraulic pump that is linked to the carburetor to increase the idle. How does this work and what usually goes wrong with this?
Hoping to get some info before going through a repair shop as they are all flat out and booked out for 3 weeks or more.
Thanks
Paul Mac

I would suggest you check pressures on the hydraulic pump if all functions are causing it to stall. Is engine idle speed correct? If it is to low, the engine will stall. Because it is a gas engine, check the timing also.

The two internal cavities in our nose called nostrils function as separate organs. Each nostril has its own set of turbinates and olfactory receptors. The two independent organs work together through a mechanism called the nasal cycle, where one nostril is dominant for air intake while the other rests and is better at detecting scents.
