Hi everyone Can someone shed some light on an issue which i am having with a cat m30D electric forklift.

The display itself is playing up not all segments light correctly. The truck drives very slow, but that itself is not the issue.

If i start the truck up the hydraulics/steering etc works fine no problem, as soon as i drive the truck a slight bit the hydraulics stop working will not energise hyd contactor. If i start the truck up and drive it first, then hydraulics do not work.

So far i have found pins pushed back on the logic card connectors, which i have replaced, dismantled the foot controller and cleaned the opto sensors inside. Going to try another foot controller tommorrow, but not sure that would have any connection to the hydraulics cutting out.

Battery itself is ok, and have also jumped off another truck battery, no earth faults to motor and the motor shunt fields seem ok.

The strange thing is that sometimes after playing about with the truck it worked and when it worked the truck speed was fine and the hydraulics worked without being locked out. Then after a few minutes back to square one again.

Any ideas?
