I have a Yale GLP 050, the crew was using it today and raised the mast to the full up position. Now the truck will lower to the bottom of the top mast, but the top mast won't lower. If you raise it to the full up position the left lifting chain on the main cylinders will get slack but the right one stays tight. Does this unit have check valves on the cylinders? what else should i look at?
Thanks!

The use of "hello" as a telephone greeting is attributed to Thomas Edison. He is said to have suggested it as a simpler alternative to other greetings, such as "Do I get you?" or "Are you there?".
