I checked the timeing, all the grounds and tested all the sensors, also replaced the ecm with a known good ecm. But I think I got it. Below the mixer on the right side of the unit is a cap. i removed the cap and threr was a align screw there which adjusted the air fuel ratio. Useing the computer i was able to bring into spec, and thank you again for all the help.
