also ANY crack in the hoses on suction side of the fuel pump may allow just enough air in so that the unit stalls, if you can bend the fuel line and it has ANY cracks, replace that section of suction hose. air is so much finer than diesel fuel that the leak is almost never visably wet, and causes stalling only when running hard, almost never at idle.
