Re: codes C50, E221 and E150

Our pallet jack started throwing codes E150, C50 and E221, I checked the CAN harness and replaced the contactor tips but that didn't help. Its a 2014 model 8410. When the code pops up the jack does one of 2 things, it immediately stops and the brake engages (**** near throwing the operator off) or the whole thing shuts down and coasts to a stop. Both of which are very dangerous and led me to tag out the truck.
Any help is appreciated and thank you in advance.

Having a same issues but shows code C57 and E150. It seem to happen when you are traveling and hit the raise button immediately stop and about throws you off. Did you find a fix?
