Repaired ground by controller about 3x's
Replaced joystick and battery is new still random horn and forward tilt

The horn runs through the same wire harness. Does the horn switch feel the same as other horn switches? If it doesnt the button won't make a click noise and you know the issue is witht the horn switch. Check the cables for any cut wires. If the horn sometimes goes off randomly the problem should be with the switch or wiring harness, sometimes wires get pinched inside the handle causing problems.
Replaced full handle and recalibrated
Found faulty harnesses going into joystick, were the tilt issue, still don't know about horn, thanks
Did you replace the full joystick handle or just the tilt pot and horn button? With it randomly going off, you may need to recalibrate the handle in the service menu if not done already.
