Discussion:
park brake

Put a new handle on this machine, and has to be tightened all the way to engage park brake. After market handle. Service brakes fine, cables good. I also had a GP30 same issue, except OEM handle. Any fixes for these as I am stumped, almost seems the piece that it pulls is too long. Serial is 4EM08969

Could be the aftermarket handle, is why it is better to buy OEM see this alot with people trying to save a few bucks, farther ahead in the long run to get the original.

are you sure the cables are fine?
i've had a few cases that the cables look like almost new but have been stretched from over the years and do the same thing, but once i changed them it the adjustment was restored. Cables stretched even to 1/4" can really throw alot off.
