Diagram shows 12v from fuel run relay connects directly to D terminal. May have a harness issue. Wire 751 also powers the O2 sensor.

If this has four wires at coil pack. Diagram shows terminals A B C D. A and B are the triggers from the ECU. C is ground. D Should be battery positive with key on. Up stream there should be a 6 pin connector. There are two 3300 ohm resistors that receive a 5 volt signal from the ECU the come out to the AB wires on the coil pack. The battery positive feed comes from the fuel/run relay in the PDM.

Fact of the week
The two internal cavities in our nose called nostrils function as separate organs. Each nostril has its own set of turbinates and olfactory receptors. The two independent organs work together through a mechanism called the nasal cycle, where one nostril is dominant for air intake while the other rests and is better at detecting scents.
