Miss fire/no power high RPM

Truck not reaching max rpm Change the lp reg and fuel pressure sender, had to much psi (15) at idle. Now running at 8 psi idle full pedal 13psi at 1900 rpm truck when first stated sometimes will reach 2300 rpm after warm up will only reach 1900 code 522636-4 rich Gm 4.3 Idea's ?
