Yes there is a port
Just trying to remember where it is
One for Fwd and one for Rev
They should be next to the high pressure relief valves.
Also you try swapping the high pressure relief valves around. Fwd to Rev and Rev to Fwd.
Could be as simple as your Rev relief valve could be faulty.

Hi

Have you checked the high pressure of forward and reverse?
Are you sure your not loosing high pressure in reverse?

hello
today on Sunday we bring another linde h80 which is same model and year, an swap from the 2 machines, the travel control unit, the power limiter and the servo block and make no difference is still stoping in reverse at half pedal. and it makes a strange noise when stops. and the other forklift goes very well with the parts of the bad one.
then we switch the hoses E and F from the wheels motors and the truck behave a little bit better, theat means as only stop in revers when it has a heavy load and steer at maximum, but is limited in speed the engine revs at the top but is getting less speed, but this is no problem.
but i am afraid this is temporary because i think soon will wear and will do the same.
do you have any idea what will be the cause of this malfunction after we change the parts we mentioned above?

Engine rpm is also controlled by the travel control unit port v. That supplies the little cylinders for engine rpm.
If you are not achieving rpm in reverse I would still be looking at the travel control unit.
Not unless you are loosing pressure in the power limiter (block on side of the pump)

First time i was thinking it îs the travel control, but when i switch the hose for y to z to switch direction, If it was the travel control it should drop the presure when is going forword but not îs still droping presure only on îs reversing, this îs 2 pedals Machines.
Could be the servo the piston for backword lousing presure and the travel control does not have enough presure for brakes and also for the engine speed. I also notice that the engine does not revs în revers like it revs în forword.

The travel control unit also has a 13 bar valve in
If the pressure drops below 13 bar the brakes will be applied. Sounds like this is happening on your machine

I would suggest that there could be a problem with your travel control unit then. As br line does not go to the servo unit. Can you block the br port on the travel control unit and see if the pressure is still dropping off when you release the hand brake and try driving.

I switched the hoses from y to z and know when i push the pedal forword it go backword, and the truck is still stoping
In reverse, no change.

Hello and thank you for the suport
I do not have 2 presure watchs to see the diference between y and z, will buy another one and y will check it on monday, but i check the port BR of the travel unit which goes to the brakes, and i have 17 bar with Engine at idle and brakes release when i push to go forword the presure slightly increase do 20bars, but when i push to go to reverse the presure drops to 10 bars and the motor goes jerky i push more the presure drops to 0 and truck stops with a strânge noise.
How do i check the servo unit?

Firstly check you travel control unit which the pedals attach too.
Secondly I would be checking the servo unit on top of the pump. Also check the pressures on the y and z hoses on the pedal assembly. When you start the machine both pressuresides should come up together. When you slowly press a direction pedal , one will increase.at a difference of 4 bar the wheels should start to rotate.
