hi there good to see you found the fault something I learned along time ago never assume anything especially what customers tell you as for information this site will always help you I guess.
and as for raymonds I used to have a similar opinion years back when I wasnt familiar with them but I have been a tech for 30 years and seen a lot of units over that time they are at the top of my list as one of the best

i had originally diagnosed the jack as having bad batterys and the customer chose to put them in themselves. then i was called backout cause it wasnt working, i got there and it worked fine, and i got called back the next day (keep in mind that this is the first job ive done for this company) turned out the customer only replaced two batterys ,and the other two were caked in corrosion. i hate raymonds and thanks for your help. woul any one know where you could get r a y m o nd di agn o s is software

code e115 - contactor off, welded or missing or bad power amp.

check for low voltage as electrotech said, get a good load on the forks when you are checking.
these trucks are notorious for strange codes when working with 1 bad 6 volt battery in the pack. also the harness can wear through in non visible areas under the steer arm stem.

hi there silly question did you check the battery? check the two micro switches at the base of handle check also the stop switch check continuity across the red safety switch I still cant see that code but you possibly have a faulty Curtis controller as I think that code is a checksum software error good luck
