Bt Industries RRB1/14:
Fault code C025

Hi

I have a BT RRB1/14 that intermittently flashes up with a C025 code and it seems if you pull lever it wants to reach in?

Any ideas??

Regards

As said above they are very common for cables that run up and over mast breaking causing c025 code

This reach truck has not emergency switches. C025 indicates a faulty valve (hydraulics valves), coil K10 contactor or wires to these components. Probably, the fault is on mast loom with any of this wires broken.

Good luck.

Has the armrest panel been of recently?

Check the hidden service switches under the armrest panel ( hidden under the dash at front ) there easy to catch when the arm rest panel is refitted & one of these switches for emergency reach in could be your problem.
