No I have not found the cause of this error yet I pulled the controller and had it rebuilt the rebuilder assured me that it would reset back to factory settings just installed on the unit no change same issue
ok, well the only surefire option i know of to actually see what's going on is to have someone come in and plug in to the system and attempt a system reset.
or at least try and see what's going on that the display isn't allowing you to see.
I Have not replace anything on this unit yet. It was running fine one day then the next day it would not turn on and have that msg
Gene,
my guess is the previous guy (poster) did not do a factory reset on the system, the new controller wasn't programmed correctly and the fault status codes are the system complaining about something being off from what the mfg specific settings should be according to how the mfg wants them to be set.
When you get a new or reman controller they are only set to basic settings, those will allow the unit to run just enough to get logged into it with the computer to make the rest of the changes it needs to run correctly.
Have you recently installed a reman controller too?
I'll bet it wasn't reset back to factory defaults and then setup according to hysters setup profile for that truck.
Also that message looks like it's telling the operator to call a supervisor for 'input' , i see references in the programming software related to that message.
In short, you will need to have someone capable to plug in with the windows laptop program to fix that most likely.
Did you ever find the cause of that error code I have the same code
