Crown RR/RD 5200S AC:
Creep Speed only (No Codes)

I have an RD5200S AC. Creep/limp speed (<0.5mph) only with no codes. Can anyone tell me what voltage readings I should see at the "U" "V" & "W" motor leads at full travel command. All 3 AC motor leads are pulling 300+ amps at full travel demand. I looked at this though access 1 and also confirmed it with an amp clap direct on each lead.

I have already confirmed all my command inputs (POT1 etc.) are at spec.

I'm leaning toward a failed trac mot but would like a little more info to support my theory.

Thanks!

I've encountered this before, actually! I've noticed that sometimes my RMD or RD (RR Series) will go at a creep-only speed, but as soon as I turn the steering column enough to turn the wheel a small amount, I am given full speed control once again.

I've just shrugged it off as a quirk of my lift, and learned to deal with it.

Try calibrating the POT. And check the motor encoder input.

Dreamt I was fixing a machine, then came the paperwork and it turned into a nightmare.
Yes, RD5200S-AC

It was the Traction Mot.

What height does it think the forks are at? Also are you sure it is a 5200 and not a 5700? If 5700 it could be Access#4 module with the accelerometer.
