Yale MPB045VGN24T2646:
Codes I need help with

Customer dropped the unit off a lift gate. Structural damage is fixed. Wires damaged replaced. Unit randomly codes CTRLCARD and FLT60099. It does this while out on a delivery route. It NEVER does it while I'm nearby. Any ideas from the gurus here?

Mark,

Code 60099 states an internal problem with the control card in the handle. I would suspect there is a failed electrical connection on the card from the shock of being dropped or a crack across the card. Swap with a known good card to test. Good Luck.

The hard to do we do right away. The impossible just takes a little longer.

Fact of the week
Bluetooth is named after the 10th-century Viking king, Harald Bluetooth, who united warring tribes in Denmark and Norway. In 1997, Jim Kardach from Intel gave the name to the technology because of its ability to unite different communication protocols, just as Harald united various tribes.
