Before you order one up just check there is no earth faults to the pump motor circuit.

The the most likely fault is going to be in your driver card.

The good news is from what I have been told its not that expensive. Dont know how true that is though :)

thanks for the info.

we have swapped out the pump transistor and also swapped the current sensor but the problem remains code 33.

sometimes when i turn the key on the hydraulic pump motor will pulse several times before it codes out. sometimes it will run fine for a minute or two then it will code out again.

is there a flow chart for testing the logic board?
thanks

Hi Bruce

The fault kind of makes sense with what you have described as it states its a Pump motor faulty transistor drive.

If its not a faulty IGBT then as its erratic it may be a loose wire or a bad connection to that part of the circuit. Best thing to do is strip it and see if the connections on the IGBT are loose and also check the pump circuit current sensor plug and wiring.

The info states either IGBT, or current sensor or the driver board.
