Hi I'm new here and need some help or guidance as I screwed up big time. Picked up the wrong gallon jug and dumped about 2 qts of atf in with the hydraulic oil. I realized it when I started it back up and it shifted funny, shut it right off, drained it and replaced the filter. After that seemed like it was going to be ok but now forward is strained like brakes are on and everything else including nuetral is reverse! I hope its something simple but..... help!

No, they're just cartridge valves. Remove the 3/4" retaining nut and then you slide the solenoid off. The valve is about 1-1/8". Just unscrew and remove. Only a small trickle of fluid should come out if any at all. I just had this same problem on one of my Daewoos and a C25C a month ago.
I see the 2 valves under the plate on front. It is a model GCX25, the serial number is GX230-0154-7960KOF, looks like made in 7-91.
I will try the dis-connect idea first and then swap 'em if all else fails. Is anything going to fall down inside the case when you lossen them up? I may have time to do it this evening, I will post results if any, thanks for all the help guys!!
Sounds like a stuck solenoid valve to me. I think you'll find the valves on the front of the transmission, probably under a little 2 bolt cover. Otherwise they'll be on the right-front side of the tranny. First discannect both solenoids and then does it still get stuck in reverse? Try swapping the 2 valves and see if it's now stuck in forward
What model is it? If it is one with electrical switches and solenoids that operate the transmission, then the switch assembly with the lever on it may have a broken piece in it causing it to go into reverse even though the lever is in neutral. Find the model on the ID plate.
Hey and thats for the reply. It will on occasion work right, as in go into forward and neutral as it should. Is there not a shift solinoied or ? maybe at fault. I really don't know alot about it other than it went from working fine one minute to acting crazy the next.
good news - the oil you put in probably didn't cause this
bad news - sounds like the reverse clutch pack is warped/jammed.
Drain the trans oil and start it. If it wants to go backward still, even in neutral, then that proves the clutch pack has problems and trans must come out.
