Hi, I am changing the all wire arnes of 7FBEU15, so a buy a new one, but the conectors cn120, cn121, cn122, cn123, do not match whit the original wiring cn131, cn132, cn133. and also do not shows in the manual diagram. I buy these arnes using model and serial number. theres something else I don't know

Thanks guys, I went out and looked at the machine today. It is a 7FBE with the optional fingertip controls. Problem one was the positive thimble on the battery was rotted away causing the voltage to drop down to 18V when the seat switch was depressed. Secondly, the line contactor tips were badly worn, and on one side more than the other. Third, the entire machine was covered in electrically conductive fine grinding swarf. This is a company that welds together and grinds UL fire door frames. I cut the cable back, installed new thimble, replaced contactor tips, blew off truck with compressed air, then powered up as normal.

Question, Is there a sealed contactor (like a EE rated sparkproof contactor) to replace the original EO contactor? Id like to keep contamination of the contactor and tips to a minimum in addition to blowing off dust on a regular basis.

Yes, this is a time out on the can bus between the CPU and all three AC drivers. I'd think a problem with the connection, the termination resistor or bad CPU. The strange thing is, if there is a complete can bus failure I'd expect to see AD2,4,6 which indicates can bus failure at power up.

Possibly a break between the wiring from one of the controllers.
