Still GmbH has shifted into a new logistics terminal two kilometres from its main manufacturing plant in Hamburg, Germany, in a move designed to centralise the sales warehouses and increase Still's competitiveness.
In future, all forklifts and warehouse trucks would be distributed from the new terminal, reducing delivery times, the company said.
The terminal, operated by freight forwarders Spedition Urban-Transporte GmbH, has 9,000 square metres of space for storage and dispatch.
