Ron Roensch has been appointed vice president for legal, resources and dealer development. He was previously national manager for legal and human resources. Roensch will be responsible for overall management of TMHU's legal activities and oversight of human resources and dealer development matters.
TMHU appointed
Terry Rains as national manager for parts, service and customer satisfaction. Rains began his Toyota career more than 16 years ago, previously holding several managerial positions. He will oversee parts, technical, major accounts, fleet management and customer satisfaction programs.
Troy Kaiser was appointed national manager for technical and warranty operations. He has been with Toyota for more than 15 years. Previous roles include customer satisfaction administrator with Lexus, territory parts and service manager, distribution services manager and customer centre manager.
Bruce Marti was appointed national manager for parts, service, customer satisfaction and customer service support (CSS) operations. Marti, who joined Toyota in 1990, will oversee the parts operations, parts and service field operations, customer satisfaction and the voice of the customer and CSS programs.

Jim Dutkiewicz as chief operating officer. Dutkiewicz returns to the company he served for nearly 30 years before Equipment Depot, Illinois, acquired Wisconsin Lift Truck's Illinois division, Illinois Material Handling (IMH), last year. Dutkiewicz was most recently Equipment Depot's vice president of operations. Before that, he was IMH's vice president and general manager for five years.
