All eyes are on the US-China trade negotiations, which resume this week.
There are expectations that President Trump will push for increased tariffs, even though the imposts on some forklift components are due to be reduced.
And while the tariffs were designed to give US manufacturers an advantage in their home market, the measures are hurting most of the big names which use either imported materials or components.
It's a balancing act - and one which is being watched closely.
