A month ago, we predicted that forklift prices in the US would rise in the wake of US tariffs on imports.
Crown Equipment Corporation was the first to move, announcing hikes which came into effect this month.
Well, Hyster-Yale has now gone the same way, announcing a "surcharge" for both the Yale and Hyster brands, starting from November 1.
And, no doubt, the rest of the pack can't be far behind. So, watch this space.
