Hot on the heels of KION Group's announcement of record results, Jungheinrich has released its figures for 2016, also indicating significant growth.
Jungheinrich's success also demonstrates the value of diversification, with a growing contribution from its logistics services arm, its dealer network and, more recently, equipment rentals in China.
The German giant notes a positive start to the current financial year and expects the world materials handling equipment market to continue growing in 2017. It is tipping growth in Europe, Asia and North America, although it does anticipate a drop in the IC engine-powered counterbalance truck market.
