Park noted that those who survived the economic crisis were poised to harvest the fruits of recovery. The size of the reward, he pointed out, will be determined by the preparation and planning that has happened in the wake of the economic slow-down. Those are wise words - and already we are seeing successes among the organisations which used the crisis as a wake-up call and a stimulus to re-examine every aspect of their operations, taking nothing for granted.
