The New Year has got off to a difficult start in the Northern Hemisphere, with sub-arctic temperatures in North America and storms lashing parts of Europe. The adverse weather has kept businesses shut and people stranded, and as we finalised the newsletter, there was little sign of a let-up.
Our thoughts are with those who have been affected and we wish you all a speedy return to normality.
And, no doubt, there will be a role for forklifts in assisting the recovery process - a call we are sure will be answered with enthusiasm and confidence.
