It is with great sadness that we report the passing of Dick “Big Bug” Higgins, probably best known to Forkliftaction.com News readers for his role in the US Open Forklift Rodeo. Under Higgins’ leadership, the competition grew into an international event highlighting the need for forklift skills and safety awareness. It’s no co-incidence that the Rodeo has been on hold since Higgins hung up his clipboard, and efforts to revive the event in his absence have so far been unsuccessful. It would be a tragedy if the competition to which Higgins devoted so much energy disappears, and we’d urge anyone able to assist in its rejuvenation to get onboard as soon as possible. There would be no more fitting tribute to Dick Higgins than the ongoing success of the event he founded and ran.

If your mechanic doesn't see you, perhaps something bad can/will happen, but you can always get another mechanic or if you get in trouble another forklift will be RENTED to you.
