The rounded tip shape of VETTER's Beluga forks not only prevents damage to packaging and goods in goods logistics, but also increases safety for people and the environment.

A key issue in logistics is protecting goods from damage during transport despite the prevailing time pressure. VETTER's Beluga forks make an important contribution to this. Their special rounded tip shape provides optimum protection for the goods being transported, thereby not only reducing costs but also creating competitive advantages.

However, less damaged goods not only mean lower financial losses, but also more efficient use of resources. This makes it easier for companies to achieve their sustainability goals while reducing operating costs.

Rounded contours for sensitive goods and hazardous materials

The enlarged tip thickness and rounded contours of the fork tip provide a significantly larger contact area in the event of accidental contact with goods. Barrels, sacks, cartons, and other sensitive packaging remain intact in the event of impact or contact. The rounded shape significantly reduces the risk of punctures or damage.

This is a significant safety advantage, especially when handling hazardous materials. In the chemical industry, for example, driving errors can have serious consequences – Beluga forks offer the necessary safety. VETTER's rounded-tip forks are therefore also available with ATEX certification for use in potentially explosive atmospheres, made from 100% stainless steel or coated in a DuplEx design.

Improved occupational safety

VETTER's Beluga forks also increase work safety in the warehouse. The rounded edges of the fork tips reduce the risk of injury to employees and protect the warehouse infrastructure. Shelves, floors, and pallets remain undamaged. This extends the service life of equipment, contributes to sustainability, and reduces repair costs.

Efficiency optimization

The rounded tips make it easier to insert the forks into pallet pockets and are not hindered by protruding edges, which noticeably speeds up work processes. Beluga forks really show their strength in tight and busy work environments, not only transporting goods safely, but also making it easier to maneuver and cutting down on handling time. Thanks to the round fork tips, pallets and goods can even be pushed precisely and safely without damaging the goods or the pallet.

The Beluga forks thus significantly increase the efficiency of logistics processes. No more tedious reworking, no unnecessary delays, no loss of goods—just efficient and smooth operation.
