Unobstructed view of the load and the area in front of it

The camera systems integrated into the forks provide a helpful view of the load and the area in front of it. You can choose between SmartFork^® FrontCam, SmartFork^® SideCam and SmartFork^® PremiumCam, which combines the aforementioned two systems.

The SmartFork^® FrontCam acts almost like a third eye, giving the driver a clear view of the area in front of the load. Integrated into the 25 mm-thick fork , the small, robust camera provides a clear view even if the human field of vision is blocked by the load. With its help, obstacles and people can be safely detected even when the forklift is fully loaded. A tilt indicator on the forks facilitates precise positioning and supports retraction and safe loading.

The SmartFork^® SideCam, on the other hand, is partially integrated into one of the forks. It enables the driver to see both forks on a monitor. This facilitates precise aiming   at the pallet pockets so that the load can be picked up safely.

Precise entry

The EasySecure function detects the entry depths of pallets and load carriers.

The integrated light sensor in the fork blade (800 mm from the fork tip) enables reliable detection of Euro pallets, whether they are stored crosswise or lengthwise, when picking up goods. EasySecure can be adapted to suit up to three load carriers.

The light sensor variant in the fork tip ensures safe handling and prevents damage to or lifting of the pallet behind.

This information is particularly valuable for forklift drivers in block storage facilities, helping them to avoid damaging loads and racking systems.

Laser and LED for optimised safety

The SmartFork^® Laser ensures precision at any height. The laser integrated into the fork tip makes it easier to target the load, especially in high-bay warehouses. When used with the SmartFork^® FrontCam, the laser line can also be displayed on the monitor in the driver's cab. This enables the forklift driver to monitor the entry pockets and transported goods at all times.

The SmartFork^® Flash assistance system provides better control of entry depth and ensures greater safety. The flashing LEDs on the sides of the forks make the lifting equipment visible from a distance, even in dark areas. They can also indicate the permissible entry depth, thus supporting the safe picking up of load carriers.
