Tiger Logistics has implemented the Logi-Sys logistics management software to integrate and optimise its logistics services.

Company managing director Harpreet Singh Malhotra says Softlink Global's Logi-Sys was chosen for its robust technology and domain backing. "Our operational managers will benefit from executing schedules more accurately and match customer requirements in less time and effort."

Malhotra says Tiger will use the system's tools to help it make informed decisions for long-term budgeting and planning.

Logi-Sys is a web-based, modular application that combines the operations and functions of a logistics service provider into one integrated system.

Tiger provides inbound and outbound logistics solutions including international freight forwarding, customs clearance, transportation, customs consulting, project transportation and many value-added services to large corporations and multinational companies in India and overseas.

It claims to be one of the leading players in the industry. The company owns forklifts and cranes to handle cargo of various types and sizes.

Softlink Global, headquartered in Mumbai, India, develops software products for the logistics industry. It is present in every major Indian city including Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Delhi and Mumbai.

These releases in Forkliftaction are a nice experience for SNDC... We got seven inquiries coming from Canada, USA, Mexico, Israel and Australia (five from retailers, two from machines manufacturers) and we are still in contact with them. I can state that's a success story!
