[Georgia, Atlanta, April 13, 2026] ROYPOW is presenting its latest integrated material handling power solutions at MODEX 2026, drawing strong interest from industry professionals, partners, and visitors across the global logistics and warehousing sectors.

During the exhibition, ROYPOW’s team has been engaging with attendees through on-site application-focused product presentations and technical walkthroughs, highlighting how its solutions enhance efficiency, safety, and sustainability across modern warehouse and industrial operations.

Lithium Forklift Battery Solutions

ROYPOW’s lithium forklift battery solutions have become a major highlight at booth No. C12699. The cold storage lithium batteries, designed for extreme environments from -40°C to -20°C, are being demonstrated with advanced thermal management, IP67 protection, and low-temperature heating capabilities, effectively addressing challenges such as reduced discharge performance, slow charging, and condensation.

For hazardous environments, the explosion-proof lithium batteries are also drawing significant attention. Engineered with robust structural design and multiple safety protections, they ensure safe and reliable operation in industries such as chemicals and pharmaceuticals.

The liquid-cooled battery system is also being showcased, with its advanced cooling design helping maintain optimal cell temperatures under high-load and high-temperature conditions. This enhances stability, extends service life, and supports multi-shift operations, backed by an 8-year warranty.

Smart Charging and Energy Management Solutions

ROYPOW’s smart charging solutions are showcased on site. The high-efficiency chargers, featuring plug-and-charge functionality, scheduled off-peak charging, and multiple safety protections, are designed to improve charging efficiency while reducing electricity costs. For assured safety and reliability, they are certified to CEC, CE, EMC, UL, and FCC standards.

Complementing the chargers, the intelligent charging load management system enables dynamic load balancing and optimized power distribution across multiple chargers. It helps reduce peak demand, prevent overloads, and improve fleet uptime, making it ideal for large-scale operations.

Beyond Batteries and Chargers: Comprehensive Energy Solutions

Apart from the forklift power systems, ROYPOW is showcasing electric motors and controllers for forklifts, electric retrofit systems for construction machinery, and hybrid energy storage systems (ESS) for jobsites, demonstrating its capability to deliver complete, integrated power solutions for diverse industrial applications.

“We are pleased to be part of MODEX 2026 and to engage with customers and partners face to face,” said Michael Li, General Manager of Sales and Marketing at ROYPOW. “With the accelerating shift toward electrified and intelligent material handling, there is a growing demand for integrated, high-performance power systems. ROYPOW is well positioned to meet this demand with its comprehensive portfolio, delivering reliable, efficient, and future-ready solutions for global customers.”
