On June 26, 2026, ROYPOW’s high-capacity battery PACK production line officially commenced operation, marking a key milestone in its manufacturing capabilities for high-capacity lithium battery systems supporting 587Ah, 588Ah, and 628Ah cells in the marine and construction applications. 

The facility integrates a continuous straight-through production flow, high-precision forming and welding processes, and advanced lifting technologies, significantly improving production efficiency and consistency. It also features an integrated production and assembly system with standardized processes, enabling rapid line changeovers and enhanced manufacturing flexibility. A comprehensive SPC (Statistical Process Control) system has been implemented to enable predictive and preventive quality control, reducing risks caused by equipment deviation and improving production stability. With an annual capacity of 1GWh, the line further enhances ROYPOW’s scalable manufacturing capability.
