Noblelift USA has launched its 22,000 lb. (10T) capacity FE4P220N heavy duty lithium-ion powered forklift, which has been designed for demanding industrial applications.

Features of the FE4P22ON include dual-drive premium drive motors and wet disc brakes as well as an integrated battery management system.

It also includes the Curtis/CAN-bus Intelligent Computer Control system and infinitely variable hydraulic control speeds, as well as offering automatic decelerating while turning to improve safety and stability.

The forklift can travel at speeds up to 9.3m/ph, has fast lifting up to 67.5 ft. (21m) while the side shift fork positioner allows for precise movement of the fork carriage without having to move the whole forklift.

No battery changes are necessary with the fast-charging, maintenance-free, 96V lithium-ion battery fully charged in 2-2.5 hours. The battery can be opportunity charged during user breaks and during shift changes to allow for multi-shift operations.

Safety features include camera monitor and AI pedestrian detection, panoramic rear-view mirror, dual wide-angle mirror and LED headlights, while a frame-mounted LCD display mounted in the operator’s line of sight provides data on lifting weight and height, speed, power and steering.

Noblelift USA says the forklift has been designed for demanding applications such as manufacturing facilities, large industrial warehouses, and heavy equipment manufacturers.
