Worker crushed by forklift

A man died after he was trapped under a forklift west of Brisbane this week.
Police say the 60-year-old man was working at a nursery at Adare, north of Gatton, when he drove the forklift down an embankment, causing it to topple.
Work Place Health & Safety officers are investigating the incident.
