Cascade Corporation
has announced several significant changes in leadership.
Robert C. Warren, Jr. will be retiring from his current position of chairman of the board and assuming the position of director and chairman emeritus.
Andy Anderson will be retiring as chief executive officer and assuming the position of chairman of the board. Anderson began his career with Cascade in September, 1972. During his 47-year career, he held a number of ascending positions within Cascade, including vice president – material handling product group, vice president - international, chief financial officer, executive vice president, and president and chief executive officer.
Davide Roncari has been promoted to the position of chief executive officer and will retain his current responsibilities as president. Roncari has been with Cascade since 2003 and has held various important positions, including engineering manager Europe, Italian operations director, vice president - Europe, vice president - international operations, and chief operating officer.
Additionally, Cascade welcomes Denis Krauss to the executive team as vice president – information technology. Krauss comes to Cascade with over 20 years of information technology experience. His career spans numerous industries, such as automotive, pharmaceutical, software, high-tech, media, and medical devices.

Franklin Equipment
has appointed Tony Repeta as chief operation officer. He will lead the company in growing each area of the business categories – rental, sales, parts and service – within the contractor, homeowner and municipalities markets in the company’s 18 locations, across seven states.
Repeta brings a range of experience in leadership, sales and growing new stores and markets. Repeta has been in the rental industry for 28 years, most recently as Franklin’s general manager. He started his rental industry career in 1991, working as a rental counter associate for Sam’s Rental.
Repeta’s experience has subsequently ranged from store manager to district manager, to general manager being responsible for integrating acquisitions and teams, and to opening new stores these past four years.

Ralf Petzold has been named chairman of the board of Komatsu Germany. He succeeds Taiichiro Kitatani, who will take over a new leadership role in the group headquarters of Komatsu Ltd. in Tokyo, Japan.
Petzold has over 30 years of experience in various management positions at the Düsseldorf site, and most recently represented the company as the executive vice president of the mining business.
Komatsu Germany was created in September 2016 from a merger between Komatsu Hanomag in Hanover and Komatsu Mining Germany in Düsseldorf.
