STILL's new recruits
More than 60 talented young people have begun their training with intralogistics service provider STILL.

STILL currently qualifies nearly 150 trainees in various technical and commercial trained professions and dual study courses. The new entrants started their careers on 1 August. Half of them are based in the company’s Hamburg headquarters, where they will learn professions such as industrial mechanic, construction mechanic, mechatronics engineer, warehouse logistics specialist or industrial sales manager. In addition, there are the students in the industrial engineering dual study course.

Henry Puhl, chairman of the STILL management board, explains: "Instead of complaining about the skilled staff shortage, we offer a wide range of professional opportunities with attractive working conditions to enable talented young people to qualify for exciting areas of activity with STILL. Our training program is aimed specifically at encouraging our young match deciders to work together to maintain the technical problem-solving competences of STILL at the highest level."

STILL currently offers training in 12 technical/commercial and business job profiles in Hamburg and in the 14 branches throughout Germany. The high quality of the training is re-examined annually and has already received several awards. In the recent Hamburg’s best training companies competition, for example, STILL was awarded the best mark of five stars for the sixth time. The company has also been recognised as one of Germany’s best training companies.
