Big booms for Cannon
Thursday, 16 Feb 2017 ( #808 ) - L'Horme, France

Tom Cannon with Haulotte UK’s Ian Whittle
Essex hire company Cannon Access has taken delivery of a range of new Haulotte booms. A mix of HA16 and 20 Pro models, this shipment brings the fleet size to 50 machines.

Cannon managing director Tom Cannon said he was looking to change his mid-size booms from lightweight ones to "something more substantial that my customers were asking for".

"Having looked at the Haulotte product at the Vertikal show last year, I was impressed from a technical background just how good they were and how far they had come in recent years. I strongly believe they have the best mid-range boom offering on the market and our customer feedback so far confirms this."

The HA16 Pro has been designed to reach all the working areas, with a maximum outreach of 8.30 m and an up and over clearance of 7.65 m.

The range offers fast lifting speeds and a hydraulic system designed for comfort and safety. The HA16 RTJ range has rough-terrain capability.

The HA20 RTJ boasts improved productivity, economy and safety.
