The sale of Sandvik's Mining Systems division to private equity firm CoBe Capital will have little impact on Australian operations.

The Mining Systems division designs, engineers, and supplies materials handling systems for the resources industry.

According to reports, the only Australian operation to be affected is the Bayswater facility in Perth, which produces conveyor pulleys, rollers and frames for mining.
