4-Point Clamping Force Tester, the optional equipment specifically designed to grant the correct factory set up of the
home appliance and
carton clamps.

At the end of the production line all
Bolzoni Auramo carton clamps are tested with the 4-Point Clamping Force Tester to ensure the correct ratio of clamping force over the pads. After a certain period of use the
4-Point Clamping Force Tester allows customers to check the efficiency of their clamp, measuring the clamping force distribution over the 4 points of the pads and recalibrating the toe-in if necessary. The equipment - based on precise load cell technology - is able to measure the single force acting on each point, to calculate the total clamping force developed on the whole pad surface and to detail the exact percentage of the force acting on each point. The user friendly LCD interface allows to save all the data on a USB memory stick. The portable structure on 4 wheels can also be moved with pallet and van, allowing multiple uses in white and brown goods production and logistics centers.
