No fuss, reliable weighing - trust Weigh Point's WP92022 load checker
Thursday, 27 Aug 2015 ( #733 )
Leading manufacturer of material handling weighing scales which includes forklifts and walkie scale systems, Weigh Point Incorporated (WPI), has a great philosophy for success.

WPI has almost 50 years of experience, and Innovation in both thought and execution has been at the core of what we do.

Our approach of utilizing the best of existing products with a proven track record is imbedded in our philosophy.  It can be demonstrated with our successful lift truck load checker (model WP92022).

Our load checker (WP92022) does not reinvent the wheel, instead we accomplished 20 years of product development in just one year.  How?

Unlike competitive hydraulic actuated weigh scales, WPI took the best available microprocessor-based scale monitor then commonly available for general weighing, and customized it by reworking the software to suit our wish list for the best possible system at a mass produced price.

Our wish list provides a true signal reading with just a button push.  No raising and lowering fork routine.  No waiting for the display countdown – simply raise load and push the button!
Technically WPI has taken out the usual software complications that compromised the most accurate results by locking the signal when it is stable right after the load lift.  Others use weigh averaging techniques that samples the signal many times then find the medium signal.  WPI trusts the at rest hydraulic pressure reading and simply locks it then converts it to the choice unit of measure, usually lbs or kg.

Consider these benefits of the load checker
  • Suits most industrial applications
  • 2-year warranty attests to durability
  • Original purchaser gets lifetime subsidized support for replacement parts
  • Easiest to operate
  • Maintains calibration
  • Fits all size lifts
  • No experts required to diagnose or service
  • North American helpline 1-800-268-7400 or international 519-622-7922 or internet help by sending an email
Trust the system that draws from many 100,000 of scale users rather than the limited resources of a single weigh scale developer.
