The new all-terrain forklift from Lencrow.
Forklift supplier Lencrow showcased its new Bomaq all-terrain forklift at the Hire and Rental Industry Association show on the Gold Coast last week.
Managing director Ross Grassick tells Forkliftaction.com News
the unit created a lot of interest and is ideal for the hire and rental industry.
"This unit boasts unique features such as a 2,600mm turning circle in both 4WD and 2WD mode and twin joystick operation that is controlled by pilot pressure hydraulics."
Grassick says the unit was designed in Spain by Antonio Martínez, an engineer with a long association with the off-road forklift industry.
"The unit was built with the mantra to remove all the things customers had complained about in previous all-terrain forklifts," he says.
"This is the first unit we have found that will work in confined spaces that both building and multi-purpose sites require. This is truly the unit that will work in a warehouse if needed and get out in the dirt when required.
"When we look for units that we will use in our hire operation we have three boxes to tick, first is ease of operation, second is quality components and sound manufacture, and third is ease of service. This unit covered all of these."
