Supply chain automation specialists Peak Technologies, has appointed Joachim (Joe) Heel to the role of chief executive officer.

Heel brings deep experience leading technology-enabled businesses serving complex enterprise customers, having held senior leadership roles at Zebra Technologies, IBM, Avaya, Sun Microsystems, and McKinsey & Company. 

Most recently, he served as chief revenue officer and head of services at Zebra Technologies, where he helped lead global growth across solutions, services, enterprise mobility, automation, asset visibility, and supply chain technology.

Xi Tan

ROYPOW Global - United Kingdom

Xi Tan has announced on LinkedIn, her appointment as head of UK and Ireland for ROYPOW Global.

Tan was previously regional sales manager for the same regions and has been with ROYPOW for more than a year. She has also worked with West Coast Supply Group as head of Asia and Business Development China, both positions in the Netherlands.

Rick Paddock

Lift-Tek - United States

Senior global sales manager with Lift Technologies (Lift-Tek), Rick Paddock has retired from his role.

Paddock enjoyed a 35-year career in the materials handling sector having worked with Cascade Corporation, Lift-Tek and Kenner.

In a statement, Cascade Corporation says Paddock played a key role in driving business growth, expanding customer bases, and advancing product solutions, throughout his career.

“Following Cascade’s acquisition of Lift-Tek, he supported the integration of mast sales into the OEM team and contributed to global initiatives, including the startup of mast sales in the Asia Pacific region,” Cascade states.

“Rick’s work evolved from product-focused selling to delivering complete, data-driven solutions in response to major industry advancements.”
