Justin Byma, VP global product management and strategy with Hyster-Yale Materials Handling (HYMH), has been named a 2026 Pro to Know by online platform Supply & Demand Chain Executive.
Byma received the accolade in the Leaders in Excellence category, which honours professionals with at least 10 years of documented industry experience and who have made outstanding contributions to the supply chain and logistics space.
In his role, Byma leads a global team of product managers and engineers responsible for most of the HYMH product portfolio, which includes both the Hyster and Yale lift truck brands.
“Justin grounds his leadership in a strong technical and operational foundation, and he’s consistently been able to rally his teams and elevate them as professionals,” says Chuck Pascarelli, president of the Americas, Hyster-Yale Materials Handling.
“This approach helps the company maintain one of its most significant competitive advantages: a laser focus on solving customer challenges, which pays dividends for operations throughout the logistics industry. And for that, he is beyond deserving of this honour.”

Tanja Dysli
Tanja Dysli, chief operations officer with materials handling equipment parts and accessories supplier TVH, has been named on the Top 100 Women in Supply Chain list for 2026.
Dysli says she is thrilled with the award, having only recently joined TVH after a 24-year career with IKEA.
The Top 100 Women in Supply Chain is curated by Supply Chain Digital magazine and recognises senior executives who are shaping the direction, scale and impact of their companies world-wide.
“The selection is based on a balanced framework that includes leadership responsibility, organisational impact and industry influence,” list organisers state.
Dyli says of the accolade: “Of course, this is the result of the whole operations team, who work hard every day towards our goal of sustainable growth”.
“And on a personal note, I’m really happy to keep being included on the list, after my inclusion last year,” she adds.

Michael Rogers
Michael Rogers has been named as the chief financial officer and treasurer of Universal Logistics Holdings, with the appointment effective from June 1.
Rogers currently serves as CFO with Conlan Tire Co and Hercules Materials Holdings and was with Ford Motor Company for more than 30 years.
Tim Phillips, chief executive officer of Universal Logistics Holdings, states Rogers brings “tremendous breadth and depth of financial, operational and leadership experience” to the position.
