Ian Kirkpatrick has been appointed to the Humanitarian Logistics Association (HLA), an organisation focussed on the provision of relief to those affected by global emergencies, as a board advisor.
An industry professional with over 30 years’ experience, Kirkpatrick has led teams across logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, retail, and large operational environments, and held roles including COO, Operational leadership, and Chief People Officer.
Founded in 2009, HLA brings together humanitarian organisations, the private sector and academia to strengthen the systems that move aid around the world.

Noonan brings extensive experience in the UK tyre industry to the position. Having worked across dealer, distributor, and manufacturer environments, he adds strong commercial and market expertise to the team.
In his new role, he will be focus on the UK, Ireland, and Nordic markets.
