Netherlands-based specialised tyre manufacturer GRI, has appointed Eldo Verhaagen to the role of sales & operations director – material handling & agriculture Benelux.

GRI says the appointment reflects commitment to growing its footprint in the Benelux region and hopes it will solidify its position in the materials handling sector.

Verhaagen brings extensive experience in the tyre and automotive industry, with a strong track record in strategic leadership, commercial growth, and operational optimisation across regional markets. 

His in-depth expertise in truck, agricultural, earthmover, and industrial tyres, combined with his hands-on and customer-focused approach, positions him well to lead the next phase of development in the region.

Eldo succeeds Herman Klumpenaar.

Cullen Wurzer

Big Joe Forklifts - United States

Big Joe Forklifts has announced the promotion of Cullen Wurzer to the position of director, dealer development Midwest & Southeast.

Wurzer started with Big Joe Forklifts in April 2023 and was most recently regional sales manager.

He has more than 10 years’ experience working in the materials handling sector, having previously been employed with Combilift and Herc-U-Lift.

In his new role, Wurzer will focus on strengthening dealer engagement and accelerating growth across the Midwest and Southeast, which Big Joe Forklifts says is two of its biggest growth areas.
